A cold smoked pork sausage with a pepper, caraway seed and slight paprika aroma. Best to be eaten hot by being poached in water, or grilled on a charcoal, or fried in a pan. Due its smokey flovour this type of sausage gives also a great addition to potato-, lentil-, or pea soups.
