It's so versatile, it can be used as a sandwich topping, on a burger, as a dip or even in soup! Try this with... Camembert & Caramelised Red Onion Pockets Pre heat oven to 220 C/ Gas 7. Roll out one pack of ready made puff pastry and cut into squares � large or small canap�s depending on your whim. Mark a border around the pastry, about 2 cm in from the edge, using a sharp knife. Brush entire surface with a little milk. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 5- 8 minutes until pastry is well risen and golden. When ready, use a spoon to lightly depress the centres leaving a pocket for the fillings. Place a spoonful of Arran Caramelised Red Onion Chutney in each pocket and top with a slice of Camembert. Return tray of pastries to oven and warm for a couple of minutes to lightly melt the Camembert.
