We recommend to take few minutes and read them carefully to avoid any future misunderstandings. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Exceptions are products that have to be produced on pre-orders. Orders are might not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. With the proven shipping confirmation of the goods to the shipping company, the responsibility passes to the recipient. The buyer must ensure that they can be reached by phone after the delivery confirmation. If there is a delay, the appropriate shipping company must be contacted. If the customer is not reached by phone, the courier company will arrange a new delivery, most several times. If it is impossible to deliver the package, a return will be initiated and will be charged with a service charge of THB 800,- Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after the order is placed. Areas such like South Thailand or to any island in Thailand are remote areas with higher shipping rates and will be calculated after the order was placed. Remote areas are South Thailand and all islands such like Koh Samui, Koh Tao, Koh Chang etc. and will charged with an extra fee of 250 THB per order. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking According to your order, the delivery may consist of several packages from different producers. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Damages Kindly Note: With the handover to the delivery company the risk passes to the buyer! AGE Delicatessen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file your claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend to document the damages with photos also. International Shipping Policy Currently we do not ship outside of Thailand.
